We dedicate this area of our community to serving those experiencing Alzheimer’s Disease and other memory loss. A bright, beautiful area featuring assisted living within an innovative design that is open, homelike, and keypad-protected.
The Beacon Neighborhood’s design is an important element to our care philosophy. With just 14 apartments, the neighborhood is large enough to have a community feel, but not so large that it is overwhelming. The open design feels spacious but offers residents the reassurance of seeing others around if help is needed.
Our life approach is a special calendar that blends unique events and familiar routines, celebrating ability, rather than focusing on loss. Residents follow a loose schedule of life activities happening around the same time. We combine activities like dining, relaxation, and exercise with unique events. To make every day familiar, yet fresh.
