- Adult Day Program: Available in half and full days, we welcome guests into our warm, caring atmosphere. Where guests can enjoy our wonderful community, and caregivers have a little extra time to themselves
- Respite Program: Seniors can become temporary Benton House residents and enjoy everything our community offers. This is a brilliant option for those recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
- Memory Care: We feature a dedicated area to serving those experiencing Alzheimer’s Disease or other memory loss. The Beacon Neighborhood provides focused memory care options
- Assisted Living: By getting to know our residents, we deliver an ideal balance of independence and support

In fact, many of our communities have house dogs, and we are planning for more puppies in the future. We call it our Benton Doodle Program.
Residents are welcome to have pets too!
There are a few requirements, like a one-time fee. Residents must be able to care for their pet. We have some size restrictions. And pets must be community living appropriate and people friendly.
That said, the companionship a pet provides is a blessing, and most pets do very well within our community. Our family already has a variety of cats, dogs, fish, and birds.

We feature a variety of apartment sizes and styles that match a variety of tastes and budgets. Once residents find the perfect apartment, they can decorate and furnish it with belongings. Adding their personal touch and truly making it their home.
Evey one of our apartments offers a warm home with all the right touches, where friends are just around the corner. And no matter which apartment you choose, you are always near the center of activity.
To ensure residents can focus on the important things in life, our apartments also feature a variety of services, which include:
- Daily: A member of our team makes the bed, cleans the restroom, and empties the trash
- Weekly: More detailed housekeeping, like vacuuming under the bed, and dusting the blinds
- Linens: Fresh linens every week
- Laundry: We provide personal laundry services weekly
