Each unit features complete services and amenities that residents can enjoy. Like carpeted living and sleeping areas, a private restroom, a kitchenette, and more. Residents are welcome to decorate and furnish with belongings to make the apartment home. And apartment services include:
- Daily—A member of our team makes the bed, cleans the restroom, and empties the trash
- Weekly—More detailed housekeeping, like vacuuming under the bed and dusting the blinds
- Laundry—Residential laundry services are provided every week
- Linens—Ensuring fresh linens. This is included with our weekly services

Its design is an important element of our care philosophy. With just 14 apartments, the neighborhood is large enough to have a community feel, but not so large that it is overwhelming.
