At The Garden House of Anderson, we love the animals in our community. In fact, we love animals so much that nine of our communities have house dogs, with more puppies to come in the next year. We call it our Benton Doodle program. Our community was also the recipient of a national Innovation Award for a pilot program using specially trained dogs that could detect COVID. As convenient testing has become more available, these dogs have transitioned to traditional house dogs but the love and support that they offer daily is still an incredible service.

There is a one-time fee for pets as our team must replace carpets after each apartment transfer.
