Culture of respect and dignity
My mom lived at Benton House of Olathe – Memory Care for about a year before she passed away. I will be forever grateful for the compassionate and loving staff who not only cared for my mom but supported me as well when I had questions or concerns. Chelsea, Morgan, Leah, Linda (and others) treated both residents and family members with respect and dignity at all times. The nurses made sure Mom received her medicines and addressed any health issues she had. Mom enjoyed participating in the activities and visiting with other residents. I researched quite a few memory care facilities, and Benton House was my first choice. I’m thankful they had a room available for Mom!

My Grandmother has an apartment there now and has for the past couple of years. She was a small town lady who never wanted to be anywhere but her hometown. She was rather isolated in recent years as she became less and less mobile until eventually she had fallen and the doctor said she cannot live alone. We brought her to Benton and we have seen her really come out of her shell. She's engaging in activities, making friends, and she's close to us here in town. Instead of me worrying she's 40minutes from a hospital I know she's surrounded by people who care about her and can respond to her if she's needing help. She has been very particular about her food and just about everything else and they have been so accommodating.

What to say! When this group of fantastic people are so great and care for our loved one so well it’s hard to say anything other than 12 out of 5 stars. After 4 years we still love this staff like family! You are the best and we wouldn’t go any where else! Highly recommend! 💖

Benton House was my first CNA job, and I absolutely fell in love with the place, all the staff, and residents as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for assisted living, or memory care. Your loved one will be taken care of for sure!

My dad lived at Benton House of Olathe for more than 1 1/2 years and he loved it! Chelsea is absolutely outstanding, as is her staff. I toured and researched 7 other facilities and nothing compared! It’s new, smells nice, food is great. But most importantly, the director (Chelsea) is helpful, professional and beyond caring…as is her staff. It is a comfort to know they stepped in as my dad’s “family” during Covid, and during the time my dad’s dog died. I was advised during my research to find a place with a Director of Nursing on staff (Chell is fabulous) and where there is little to no turnover. Benton House of Olathe was all that and so much more! Very highly recommend for assisted living!

My mother moved in during COVID and we felt so grateful to have a place that we felt confident she would be well taken care of when we had such limited contact. Despite her reluctance, she has been happy from day one and we cannot say enough about all the staff! As they are able to safely allow more access we continue to be even more impressed each visit. Communication in this challenging time has been outstanding!

My husband has been a resident in Benton House Olathe for almost a year. It is our third experience with Assisted Living. We could not be more pleased! The residence is clean, attractive, and odor free. The staff appears to be very friendly and competent. They have worked very hard during the Covid crisis and it is evident in their statistics of the building. They are firm and not hesitant to support rules of the facility. But always caring about the well fair of our loved ones. The nurses are quick to keep you informed. The food is good. They care about the resident. My family highly recommends Benton House of Olathe.

My father-in-law is in the Benton House in Olathe and I can not say enough amazing things about this place! They are always friendly and take the best care of him. During COVID they have kept him safe and healthy and made sure he always had what he needed when we could not see him for such a long time. We are forever grateful that you treat him like family! My mother has been in the Beacon wing (memory care) at Benton House of Olathe for over a year. The level of care and attention by all staff members is outstanding. This last year has been full of uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and the staff has been outstanding. Keeping the residents and staff healthy and happy has been their number one commitment. Their communication with our family has been very appreciated. I have been able to rest easy knowing my mother has been very well cared for. I wish I could give Benton House of Olathe more than 5 stars. They have well exceeded any of my expectations.

My parents stayed in an assisted living apartment at Benton House of Olathe so that Dad could receive regular therapy and assistance as he recovered from skull fractures.There were many good things at Benton House:1. Mom and Dad loved and were loved by many staff members.2. The food was good3. The facility was newer4. The speech therapist was amazing5. Chelsea continued to check on and communicate with my parents even when she didn't have to.6. Many staff members truly cared, which was very comforting during the lockdowns and transitions.

Friendly staff always willing to go above and beyond. My parents moved to Benton House of Olathe from another assisted living facility where they were not receiving the service they deserved and were paying for. I'm so glad they made this move! Everyone goes out of their way for the residents! And the food is phenomenal!! I would highly recommend Benton House of Olathe
