Kind Care for your loved ones.
I want to say Thank you to every staff member at Benton House Blue Springs for the care that my mom has received daily since moving in 7 months ago. The daily dedication and team effort by this staff certainly deserves recognition. I found the staff is eager to help residents and their families adjust in this transition. I would like to mention these lovely people for their contribution(s) for assisting my mom as she lives at Benton House: Kim. Pam, Kelly, Beverly, Lisa, Donna, Angela, Mandy, Michelle and of course Tony, and Craig . Each of them have been a help if not once but, several times to my mom. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of the residents at Benton House.

Dear all,
My mother, Frances Smither, has been a resident for almost three years. While I am not able to visit more than a couple of times each year, I feel as if I know so many of your wonderful staff through her. Katie and her extremely thoughtful loving actives, Wendy and her compassionate nursing care, Mary, Angie and Robin’s kindhearted attentive care-giving and all of the many support staff. I am also very appreciative of Sharon’s understanding and prompt administrative help.

I love the social activities
I love the social activities they have for the residents and always offer for the family members to join in. I have 13 grandbabies that really enjoy going to visit their great gma and other residents there. They play with the big ball and pins and balloons. It seems to entertain all age groups. I would love to see a day care offered for youngsters to be involved with the elderly. I believe this would make the elderly the feel to live and be happier.

Benton House feels like home, not a nursing home. The staff knows me by name, knows my mom, and can speak to her condition at any time I need to discuss concerns. They are incredibly helpful and compassionate, I couldn’t ask for better care!

A truly amazing community, from the moment you walk in you can feel the amazing care. From staff to the residents, they truly care about each other and helping each other! Excellent care and not to mention they have amazing activities where the community all comes together with each other!

I have been working here for 1 year and 2 months now i love my job and all my residences Benton house is clean and always smells good when walking in the front door everyone there always has smile on their face and greets you with kind words.

This is an amazing facility , fairly priced. Great staff , rooms are good sized —bathrooms are really large. Good storage space. Nice large windows—my sister has been in 5 facilities and this one is way better than any ! They are Working to improve food —it was great before so I’m sure they will figure it out. I’ve never seen a cleaner place —I’ve never had the staff dust before —these ladies do it all , and do a great job !

So very pleased with the care and attention my Mother has been given at Benton House of Blue Springs. She has found new reason to look forward to each day now that she is at this wonderful place and is involved in all the activities, fun events and truly enjoys her new friends. The extraordinary care from staff makes her feel like they are part of her family! Highly recommend Benton House and forever grateful to Amy, Kim, Pam, Tosha & Wyatt!

Benton House of Blue Springs is simply the best. Our mother is 92 years old. Before coming to Benton House she was slowing drifting away -both mentally and physically. She has received amazing quality care from the care givers and her health has dramatically improved. The nursing staff is very responsive to all health concerns, proactive in communication and have given our family the reassurance that she is truly well cared for.Pam was so welcoming and helpful during our initial visit and throughout the transfer process. She also has been very helpful to our family navigating through COVID times! She instantly made our family feel at home!Kim is not only an amazing director but an amazing person as well. She is very organized, incredibly knowledgeable and her genuine love of all residents is evident in all she does. She does a great job communicating information to the families and she clearly works to ensure all residents have quality care in all aspects of her community.Our mother has 6 adult children. We are a very close family. We credit Amy for giving us our Mom back. Amy quite honestly is the most loving, energetic, fun, personable and caring person we’ve ever met. Our mother has rebounded in ways we never thought possible, due to Amy’s care and her ability to meet the needs of our Mom and all of the residents. Our mom feels so loved, well cared for, safe and she feels as though she has a purpose in life. This was not the case before coming to Benton House. Our family seriously considers Amy the 7th sibling 😊 in our family. She’s simply the best!We love the entire staff at Benton House. Our Mom constantly talks about their genuine kindness to her. They are helpful and try hard to accommodate and please their residents.Benton House of Blue Springs is truly a wonderful home for our Mom. I am grateful to those who work at Benton House Blue Springs. After our mother lived in two other facilities , we found the perfect”like home” community for our 92 year old mother at Benton House Blue Springs. She was welcomed with smiles and caring hands by Kim, Pam, and Sharon. The nurses are available for all health needs and medications. Amy, Tosha, Wendy, and Beverly are with mother on a daily basis with awesome activities, companionship, and kindness. Our mother is treated with love. Benton House Blue Springs Employees are the best!

My mom has been at Benton House for three months now, and we couldn’t be any happier! She is thriving at Benton House and loves being there. The staff is very caring and considerate to all. Kim, Pam and Sharon gave mom a warm welcome and have been very accommodating since day one. Amy, Tosha, Beverly, and Wendy help mom on a daily basis and are truly wonderful, caring people! They take great care of mom and keep us informed. They are very professional and they make mom feel at home. Mom enjoys all of the activities and feels she is a part of this amazing group! My mom recently moved into assisted living at Benton House, and we have been so impressed! From Pam, who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment for her, to Kim, who helped with paperwork and always has answers to our questions, to all the other assisted living employees whose names I don't know yet. Mom speaks very highly of them all and is happy to have moved into her new home. Benton House is truly a caring community!

If your loved one needs only memory care and assisted living care, you won't find a better place than Benton House of Blue Springs. However, the thing you need to be aware of is that if your loved one requires an level of skilled nursing, or develops a need for skilled nursing after a hospital stay while you're there, Benton House will not let you live there. After my husband was hospitalized while living at Benton House, he was not allowed to return, because he needed minor skilled nursing services.

My 93 year old mother has been a resident in assisted living at Benton House in Blue Springs for the past two years. She and we have been extremely happy with her care and the conditions at Benton House. Her happiness is our main concern at this point in her life and she is very happy there. The amount and quality of activities provided are incredible - thanks to Katie, the activities director! My mom will tell us she is never bored with all the activities provided and she also has the option of privacy in her own apartment if she desires. The staff has continually demonstrated professionalism and compassion in their care and concern for the well being of our loved one. The nursing staff goes out of their way to answer questions and offer solutions as things come up. There is a welcoming attitude from the minute you enter the building. Sharon at the front desk always has a kind greeting no matter how busy she is and is more than willing to help and answer questions. It is impossible to name everyone who has helped make my mother feel at home but I wish I could. Thank you all for all you do!! We are forever grateful!!-Debbie McGhee

We have been so very pleased with the staff at Benton House for the care they have given my Mother In Law Juanita. She did not want to leave her home of course, but once she did she knew it was a good decision! The activities and care have been so good for her.We hope all the staff have a very Merry and Blessed Christmas🎄🎅🏻

We are new here at Benton House of Blue Springs.But one of the things that stood out to me was the wonderful and inviting staff. Everyone smiles and makes you feel welcome. They focus on you and while I know they are busy and have jobs to do, they make you feel affirmed.They appear sensitive in meeting each individual's needs. It is obvious they enjoy what they do.We thank them for their hard work and diligence every day no matter what. You are soo appreciated!

My mother has been a resident for over two years. We transferred her from another Senior Living residency and couldn't be happier. They have so many daily activities I feel like she is on a cruise ship. There are so many staff members I respect and I feel they have become friends to my wife and our family. Megan, Beverly, Pam and Sharon are truly wonderful people and care takers - they truly care for all of their residents. My mother has gone through various stages of health and is now taking a turn for the worse, but throughout of this Benton House has been loving and supportive. Best move my mother ever made.

High quality care for your loved one. My mom was a resident and out of all of the facilities and rehabilitation centers we had experienced, Benton House of Blue Springs was THE BEST. The rooms were spacious, private and kept clean. The food was good quality, and there were constantly activities for the residents. I would receive photos by text of my mom during activities. Management was easy to work with and helpful and the staff was knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Benton House.

If there was a way to put 11 stars on this place I would. The people caring for my two aged parents are incredible. The place is ALWAYS CLEAN, Bright, odor-free and very pleasantly acquainted. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. There is a $100 referral bonus

Benton House of Blue Springs is a fantastic assisted living facility. The food is delicious, the building is immaculate and the staff is highly trained. Megan is one of the top Directors in Kansas City. 5 stars!

We have been very pleased with Benton House, Blue Springs. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the food is quite good, and the facilities are quite nice. Our 93 year old mother has prospered here over the past year, and we are very grateful. When we have observed problems or needs, we have kindly let them know and they have been attentive and responsive.
